Sharing by Marsha Roddy

In March we have invited Marsha Roddy to share on "Intuition and Uncertainty".

Marsha seeks a transformative experience with her performance pieces. She wants people not only to get to know and understand something with their minds, but also to feel it emotionally and physically.

Art can help us identify with one another and expand our notion of who we are. Our intention as artists is not to show people what to do, yet we want to encourage an engagement with a piece that can touch on many levels. This does not have to be a solitary event, it can be the coming together of people who see the world in radically different ways, but for a moment share an experience.

Marsha believes by bringing people together to discuss and share art, helps us to be more tolerant of our differences and find ways of approaching political, personal and contemporary issues.
